The packages

CADWIND is available in four different packages: ESSENTIAL, STANDARD, EXPERT, and HIGH-END. The main difference between these packages is the type of part geometries that can be calculated.

iMove PRO Extension

All CADWIND packages include a standard postprocessor that supports:

  • One freely user-definable machine/CNC controller configuration
  • Support for up to 4 machine axes
  • Standard-sized parts (up to 4000 mm / 157.5 inches in length, and 800 mm / 31.5 inches in diameter)

If you have multiple machines, machines with more than 4 axes, or plan to wind large parts, you can add the iMove PRO extension to the ESSENTIAL and STANDARD packages. The EXPERT and HIGH-END packages already include all iMove PRO functionality - so there is no need to add the extension to these packages.

DESIGN PACK Extension

If you want to save laminate structure data or export it to Finite Element Analysis (FEA) software, you can add the DESIGN PACK extension to any of the CADWIND packages.
